Town accepts code enforcement resignation, makes BAR appointments and holds executive session

The board also appointed Diane Herzog and John Morriss to the Board of Assessment Review by unanimous motions. At 7:20 p.m. the board entered executive session to discuss a personnel issue; the board reconvened at 8:32 p.m. and reported no action taken.
The board approved payment of bills presented and accepted the Supervisor's financial report before adjourning. Several prior meeting minutes were approved earlier in the meeting, including a correction to the Jan. 5 organizational minutes (Patty Moore corrected to Patty Knapp).
