The Town of Murray board discussed restructuring its code enforcement staffing, according to the March 3, 2026 minutes. The board considered keeping Kevin Moore on as a limited Code Enforcement Officer at roughly nine hours per week while bringing on Doug Scarson in a larger role proposed at 20 hours per week with a six‑month probationary period.
