Vice‑Mayor Michele Weiss and Council approved Ordinance 2025‑43 on an emergency basis to impose a temporary moratorium on sidewalk repair and replacement citations and enforcement actions while the Building & Housing Committee and staff develop a program to help residents. The motion to suspend the rules and adopt the ordinance passed unanimously.
