The Avon Advisory Planning Commission on March 23 approved DPR 25-18, a development plan for a roughly 50,000-square-foot Walmart Market on a 9.73-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Avon Avenue and Governors Row, in a 4-2 vote that imposed multiple conditions before a certificate of occupancy may be issued.
