The Rowe Board of Selectmen voted Oct. 31 to adopt a Minimum Residential Factor (MRF) of 0.504 for fiscal year 2025, setting the residential tax rate at $5.14 per $1,000 of assessed value and the commercial/industrial/personal property rate at $11.01. The motion, made by Vice‑Chair Edward Silva and seconded by Selectman William Baker, passed 2‑0‑0.
