Jan Ameen reported at the Nov. 20 Rowe Board of Health meeting that the FY25 recycling-processing fee for November is $35.30 per ton, an increase of nearly $5 per ton attributed in the minutes to lower paper market values. She provided an AMV (Average Market Value) tracking spreadsheet and per-commodity AMVs to the board.
