Mulga council adopts updated technical building codes in unanimous vote
Mulga Town Council unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 2024-04 to update its technical building codes to the 2021 International Code versions (and the 2020 electrical code). The public hearing drew no speakers and the ordinance takes effect with related permit changes slated for Jan. 1, 2025.

Mulga — The Mulga Town Council unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 2024-04 on Sept. 17, 2024, updating the town's technical building codes to the 2021 editions of the International Building Code, International Energy Conservation Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code and the 2021 plumbing, mechanical and fuel-gas codes, and adopting the 2020 edition of the electrical code.
