The Denton Board of Trustees voted Dec. 2 to contract with Miller Associates to provide engineering services for the village’s Water Improvement Grant Project.
Clerk Charlotte Te Brink reported procurement letters were sent to five engineering firms and notices were published in the Lincoln Journal Star; the board evaluated the single proposal received before approving the contract on a motion by Trustee Amanda Fangmeier, seconded by Trustee Doug Rosekrans.
Minutes do not include contract value or a deadline for performance. The board’s action authorizes the village to proceed with engineering services necessary to support its water grant application and project planning.
The clerk handled procurement notifications and will manage contracting steps with Miller Associates per usual village procedures.
