Planning board deems ARCR Home Builders subdivision application complete

The Elk Township Planning & Zoning Board on May 21 voted 8–0 to deem ARCR Home Builders’ minor subdivision and use variance application (SD‑25‑01) complete for review.
Board Engineer Chloe Bach reviewed requested waivers for items including the landscape plan, tree protection plan, grading plan, soil erosion and sediment control, soil borings and percolation tests. Her office recommended waivers for completeness only and noted that required plans and any grading submittals must be provided and reviewed as a condition of final approval. Mr. Richardson moved to deem the application complete; Mr. Wolf seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board’s completeness finding does not grant final approvals; required engineering and environmental documentation must be submitted prior to scheduling any final action.
