Task force reviews reports, approves minutes and sets next steps

The Task Force reviewed a Plymouth feasibility study and synopses of the town's Five-Year Capital Plan and a facilities staffing assessment; it approved the April 22 minutes (9-0), agreed to solicit department-head information, and adjourned at 8:53 p.m.

During the May 13 meeting the Future Building Use Task Force reviewed several reports and administrative items. Greg Morrison shared a feasibility study from Plymouth, Massachusetts, and Chair Paul Dunkerley summarized notes from a webinar on adaptive reuse. Dunkerley also discussed a synopsis of the town's Five-Year Capital Plan and the Task Force reviewed highlights from the Facilities Staffing Assessment prepared by Fuss & O'Neill. Dunkerley cautioned that figures discussed from the capital plan were not 'hard numbers.'
