Commission clears plan for 600,000‑plus sq. ft. Avon Logistics industrial building
The commission approved DPR 26-07 for Building 6 in the Avon Logistics Center, a planned industrial building on a new Lot 3 (approx. 48.1 acres). Staff said the plan meets PUD architectural and landscaping requirements and recommended approval subject to standard DPR conditions.
