At the Nov. 13 meeting, Commissioner Bryan DiPersia told colleagues he was concerned that MLP Legislative Caucus letters have been distributed in ways that do not allow timely input from municipal light plant commissioners, citing recent communications about the clean‑heat standard. Commissioner Danby Whitmore said the caucus should engage MLP commissioners in discussions, and Commissioner Mark Cousins asked whether State Rep. Kassner had contacted DiPersia or Whitmore on the matter.
