Premier Lakes reports maintenance progress; board to explore moving compressor after sound concerns
Premier Lakes told the River Ridge CDD that lake and dry retention areas are generally in good shape though seasonal algae was noted; a cabinet reduced compressor noise at Masters Lake from 64 to 52 decibels but staff said the aerator’s tone remains an issue and will evaluate relocating the compressor.
