Council adopts administrative policies and agrees to post meeting recordings

Council approved several administrative measures — adopting a social media policy, moving toward formalized purchase-order procedures, continuing short-term payments for event sites, and authorizing use of existing board-room camera/audio recordings to be posted to the city website within a week.
