Commission approves rezoning request and tightens sketch-plan rules

The Planning Commission approved a request from Mr. Le to rezone adjoining parcels from R2 to R3, consolidating three small lots (roughly two-plus acres) under a single zoning category to simplify development and access. Commissioners asked about access and easements and were told primary access will be on Fourth Street; after a motion and second the commission carried the rezoning request.
