Chairperson Larry Winkels introduced Application #2025-04 (Graeff/Scull). Attorney Ken Miller asked that applicants Raymond Graeff and William Scull III be sworn in; both were sworn. Graeff said a middle lot was sold to both neighbors, and the applicants seek to divide that lot and allocate the halves to adjacent properties. The application requires variances because two garages and a shed—present since 1959—are closer to property lines than current setback standards allow.
