Heritage Hub plan cleared by planning bodies; RDC to consider declaratory resolution in August
Denise told the RDC that the Planning Commission unanimously approved Resolution 2601 finding the Heritage Hub plan consistent with the comprehensive plan, UDO and zoning map; the Town Council supported that decision and the project will go next to the Economic Development Commission before an RDC declaratory resolution on Aug. 6.
