The Riverside Township Committee voted July 15 to award the town's solid-waste collection contract to Suburban Disposal Inc., accepting a $413,000 bid that the township solicitor deemed responsible. The contract begins Sept. 1, 2024; the previous competing bid from Waste Management of NJ was $557,928.
