The commission approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from the Feb. 26 meeting. A motion to move a wellhead protection program into the master plan carried; staff will integrate the language and notify state reviewers.
Planning and public‑works staff reported that the boat‑launch project remains on schedule for a June 15 substantial completion date, with subcontractor equipment staged and seasonal site‑work pending better conditions. Staff said they were finalizing a phase‑two application for in‑water launch and dock extensions to be submitted to the state this week.
Commissioners also discussed the Renovar redevelopment proposal; staff said there had been little new activity in recent months and that the project appeared to be progressing very slowly with county and brownfield authorities coordinating but no recent substantive updates.
The meeting adjourned after commission business concluded.
