The board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects as a subconsultant for redesign of two aged gatehouses and approved Bowman Consulting's landscape architecture proposal to replace monuments across Pelican Sound; the design work is expected to take 12–18 months and initial costs may be booked as reimbursable pending financing.
