Council hears inclusive‑playground feasibility proposal; approves $15,000 parade security amendment

The council moved, seconded and approved the resolution on voice vote.
What happens next: Staff will move forward with the feasibility review for the playground as approved by the parks board and committee; the parade security amendments will be implemented for the July 4 parade.
