A motion to proceed with the dedication paperwork was made and seconded; the clerk recorded the court’s voice as voting in favor. Commissioners noted they were waiting on minutes from the clerk’s office and asked staff to confirm historic minutes and archived documents to ensure the correct width is recorded in county systems.
