The DRC recommended approval of a revised final development plan and plat for Hammocks Reserve (Spring Hill Southwest Quad), a 36.58-acre residential phase that includes a road extension, additional basin and a multiuse path; staff noted a correction to the staff report and required a public access easement over unplatted portions of NW 97th Boulevard.
