Development services director outlines sign-code rewrite, Silver Palm sidewalk and upcoming projects
The development services director told the Edgewater Planning & Zoning Board the city will present a cleaned-up sign code, pursue an FDOT-funded 8-foot Silver Palm sidewalk design contract, continue ADU and landscape-buffer revisions, and expects planning items for Deering Park and a marina in coming months.
