Representatives for the Woodland Ridge development presented the commission with an offer of two open‑space parcels within a proposed 40B comprehensive permit project on June 2. The site, described as approximately 45.5 acres with access from Orion Road, would include mostly detached homes and a requirement that 25% of units be affordable under 40B rules.
