Committee backs forwarding Civic Plus agreement to board pending demonstration

Octavia presented staff's recommendation to enter an agreement with Civic Plus for agenda-management services, saying Civic Plus aligned with staff workflow and noting the city already uses Civic Plus for website management. Octavia said staff conducted demonstrations of three systems and that a demonstration to the full Board of Aldermen is available and should be scheduled before final approval.
