Residents press council on traffic and safety as Mitchell Road/Point Grand development moves forward
Multiple Wolf Creek residents told council the Mitchell Road / Point Grand multifamily development (about 360 units) raises traffic, sight-line and safety concerns; residents asked for access clarifications, traffic-calming measures and possible neighborhood park space. Planning staff said the rezoning included a traffic impact study completed in 2023 and that two access points (Centrifuge Way and Mitchell Road) are proposed.
