The Housing Authority of Washington County selected Scott Edwards Architecture and Walsh Construction as design and construction partners for the Forest Grove permanent supportive housing project, funded with a mix of Metro bonds, CareOregon support and Oregon Housing and Community Services resources; the board approved the resolutions unanimously.

The Housing Authority of Washington County voted July 7 to approve selection of Scott Edwards Architecture for architectural services and Walsh Construction as construction manager/general contractor for the Forest Grove permanent supportive housing project at 3127 Pacific Avenue.
