FiberLink reports early construction progress in Culpeper; first customers expected in late August
FiberLink told the Culpeper County Board that crews have placed about 5,800 feet of conduit and that permitting is progressing; the company expects to light the first customers in the Stevensburg area in late August, with Richardsville and Lignum following in October–November.
