Draft One Community Project comp plan nears completion; commissioners to review action plan and schedule town hall

Project lead and staff presented the first of three draft sections of the One Community Project plan, highlighting shared community values from about 1,100 engagement touchpoints, a new implementation/tracking approach, and next steps including an April 10 internal deadline and an April 20 public town hall.
