County staff presented annual water impoundment (farm pond) exemption forms and said most applications met statutory requirements and had been reviewed by the NRCS. The forms exempt certain impoundment structures from a portion of valuation; staff explained the measurement criteria (for example, 18 acre-feet equals one acre 18 feet deep or equivalent combinations), CSR point impacts and that eligibility is filed annually.
