Plan Commission recommends Meadowlane rezoning, downtown PUD and sign-code changes to council
On a series of voice votes Feb. 10, the Plan Commission moved several items to the city council including a Meadowlane rezoning to MRM 12, a general development plan for 23 N. Water St. (PUD overlay and 15-stall parking), amendments to Chapter 15 on signs, and a certified survey map for 1310 Campus Drive.

The Fort Atkinson Plan Commission on Feb. 10 recommended multiple land-use actions to the city council by voice vote, sending a Meadowlane rezoning, a downtown general development plan with a PUD overlay, zoning-text changes on sign approvals, and a certified survey map to the council for further review.
