On Jan. 13 the Archie Board of Aldermen adopted Ordinance No. 388 to establish a user charge system to fund the city’s water system. The motion was made by Alderman Kendrick, seconded by Alderman Houchen, and passed on roll call (Kendrick, Houchen, Wiskur yes; Lough absent).
