Ridgely creates Economic Development Commission, appoints four members

Minutes record the creation of the commission and the appointments but do not specify terms of service, duties, or an initial work plan; President Sears indicated that project-assignment protocols would be discussed at the Feb. 18 workshop. The appointments become effective upon the board's approval at this meeting.
