River Ridge Board authorizes RG Architects subconsultant for two gatehouse redesigns; design billed as deferred cost

The Board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects, P.A. as a subconsultant to redesign two gatehouses, agreed to book the $62,500 design cost as a reimbursable/deferred cost to be invoiced when district financing is issued, and authorized the Chair to execute related documents after counsel/manager review.
