Justin Dirkson, chief operating officer of KD 3 Construction, told the Monteagle Planning Commission on July 7 that his company is seeking a zoning change to operate light manufacturing, fabrication and limited retail at 850 Dixie Lee Avenue. "We're we're seeking approval to conduct light manufacturing and fabrication activities related to construction operations," Dirkson said, adding the property purchase is contingent on the zoning amendment.
