Warrensburg council clarifies duplex rules, classifies multiple duplex structures as multifamily
The Warrensburg City Council adopted an amendment to Chapter 27 clarifying that a duplex is one structure with two units and that multiple duplex structures on a single lot constitute multifamily development, triggering professional site-plan requirements and administrative review.
