Warrens board approves routine agreements, computer purchase and liquor-license agent; forms HR committee

The board approved a fire protection agreement, authorized a computer purchase with 50% down, approved two paid water/sewer hookups, named Marie as agent for a pending liquor-license transfer, created an HR committee and approved payment of bills; closed session on personnel was convened under State Statute 19.85(c).
