The Arapahoe Community Redevelopment Authority voted on Oct. 21, 2025 to adopt Resolution 2025-23, approving the First Amendment to the R Perry Project. Council President Middagh introduced the measure and, after a motion by tenBensel and a second from Kreutzer, the resolution passed by roll call.
