West Bend Plan Commission approves conditional use, multiple site plans, CSMs and final plat
The commission granted a conditional use permit for outdoor storage at 2320 Sylvan Way, approved related site plans (including a 246×175‑ft screened gravel storage area), two certified survey maps, facade and playground improvements, a historic‑building restoration (one abstention), Creeks Edge Phase 3 and the Lakewood Farms Phase 2 final plat.
