Elberta council adopts FDCVT grant resolution to replace water meters, approves consultant proposal
On June 18, 2026 the Elberta Village Council adopted Resolution #2026-005 to accept an FDCVT grant for a water meter replacement project and authorized village officers to carry out necessary actions; the council also approved a $18,700 proposal from Fleis & VandenBrink to assist the project. The votes were 4–0 with one member absent.

The Elberta Village Council on June 18 adopted Resolution #2026-005 accepting a Financially Distressed Cities, Villages, and Townships (FDCVT) grant to fund a water meter replacement project and authorized the village president, clerk and treasurer to carry out all necessary actions to implement the project.
