Oak Run resident Lynde Sorensen told the River Ridge Community Development District Board on Oct. 22 that moisture beneath her home’s concrete slab has buckled the master bedroom floor and caused mold concerns. She said inspections found no under‑slab plumbing or HVAC leak and that a warranty issue and very high moisture readings were identified.
