The School District of Spring Valley board discussed fundraising plans for a proposed track and field project and a video scoreboard for the MS/HS gym on Oct. 22. Superintendent John Groh presented the proposals and the board on a motion by Jennelle Wolf, seconded by Stacy Schultz, authorized Mr. Groh to seek sponsorships for the video scoreboard.
