Spring Brook board to solicit offers for former town hall 1-acre parcel
The Town Board agreed Jan. 13 to solicit offers on a 1.0-acre parcel at the old Town Hall site on 320th Avenue, estimated at roughly $25,000; offers will be considered at the Feb. 10 regular meeting and adjoining landowners will be notified of availability.

The Town of Spring Brook Board agreed on Jan. 13 to solicit purchase offers for a 1.0-acre parcel where the old Town Hall stands on 320th Avenue, with offers to be considered at the board's Feb. 10 meeting. Chair John Schaefer told the board that a Meeting of Electors on Dec. 9, 2024, had approved selling the parcel "as is."
