Facilities Manager Luis Tapia presented a facility condition assessment (Terracon) and a 10‑year reserve plan to Avon Town Council on April 22. The consultant’s inventory and condition scoring covered the rec center, public safety building, employee housing and satellite sites; the rec center was listed in 'poor' condition with major deferred items concentrated in a concrete slab replacement and other immediate repairs.
