The Town of Newburgh Board adopted a Type I SEQR lead agency intent resolution on March 24 to begin coordinated environmental review of the town’s Comprehensive Plan Update. Mark C. Taylor, the town attorney, presented the draft resolution noting the plan will be circulated for coordinated review.
