PZC recommends variances to allow existing accessory structures on W. Lang Rd. and State Rd. 104
The Spring Valley PZC voted 4-0 to recommend that the Town grant variances permitting an existing accessory structure on parcel 6-18-135 to remain within the local front-yard setback and to allow combining/replacing accessory structures on parcel 6-18-154.1 (State Rd. 104). Committee members clarified measurement of R.O.W. vs. front-yard setback.

At its May 26 meeting the Town of Spring Valley Planning & Zoning Committee voted unanimously to recommend that the Town grant two variances affecting accessory structures.
