Daniel's council adopted changes to RA-5 zoning to reduce setbacks from 250 to 200 feet, require 200 feet frontage, and permit accessory dwelling units within the main structure subject to owner-occupancy and health/fire rules; the changes were adopted unanimously as DO 2026-06-01C.
