John Emswiler, Donna Kitzinger and Scott Schultze presented a proposal to the Kossuth County Conservation Board on Aug. 11 for a potential donation of land owned by Don Tietz south of the Kossuth County Fairgrounds in sections 11 and 14 of Cresco Township. Board members and the guests discussed recreational possibilities, public access and how the fair board currently uses parts of the property.
