The Committee of the Whole of the Village of Caledonia voted to go into closed session to discuss negotiation strategy for a proposed five‑phase single‑family development in Tax Increment District No. 6. A staff member told the board the developers are Breck Caledonia Inc. and Middle Road LLC and that staff was seeking direction on potential development‑agreement terms and requested negotiation authority, but that no formal action was expected that evening.
